  1. 1Finely chopped cucumber
  2. 1cucumber for peeling
  3. 1Finely chopped onion
  4. 1Finely chopped tomato
  5. 1Finely chopped yellow bell pepper
  6. 1Finely chopped red bell pepper
  7. 1small sized Finely chopped broccoli
  8. 50 gmFinely diced cheese
  9. 2 tablespoonsBoiled corns
  10. 2 tablespoonsSprouted moong daal
  11. 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  12. 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1 tablespoonMayonnaise

    Blanch bell peppers and broccoli and take a bowl and mix all ingredients and mix well.

    Now peel the cucumber to make large strips of it. Now put some salad mixture in cucumber peel and roll it to make rolls.

    Fill all cucumber peels and serve with meals or alone.
