  1. 250 gmseedless dates
  2. 100 gmcashew
  3. 100 gmalmonds
  4. 100 gmraisin
  5. 100 gmpistachios
  6. 1 tsppoppy seeds
  7. 1/2 cupdessicated coconut powder
  8. 1 tbsppure ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the all nuts.

    Take seedless dates in a blender & blend to crush paste.(do not add water) keep a side.

    Heat a pan add chopped all nuts & dessicated coconut powder Roast on a low flame 5minute or till nuts crunchy.Now add poppy seeds & roast for 2minutes.

    Add crushed dates & mix well. Continue fry mashing dates with a spatula. This help dates to separate out & mix uniformly with other dry fruits.

    Saute till the dates starts releasing oil.Turn of the flame & allow to cool for a 5minute.

    Then immediately start making laddus.Do not cool completely. Then you wont to able to make laddus.
