Cooking Instructions

Dry roast all nuts and seeds separately until they become crunchy and aromatic. Keep the flame on low.
Roast desiccated coconut till aromatic. Keep 2tbsp coconut aside for coating.
Remove peanuts skin. - 2
Grind to make a fine powder of pumpkin seeds and flaxseeds.
Grind peanuts and seasami seeds, (do not make very fine powder of it.)
Coarsley grind lotus seeds, almonds, walnuts, cashews and Pistachio.
Mix everything together. - 3
Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan.
Add grated jaggery. When jaggery melt turn off flame. Immediately add all prepared powder of seeds and Nuts, roasted coconut, cardamom, cinnamon and black pepper powder. Try to be little hurry and combined everything together well.
When it is warm, make medium size laddu. If you feel difficulties to bind laddu then add 1-2tbsp ghee, mix and make laddus.
Take 2tbsp coconut in a bowl and coat laddus in it. - 4
Very healthy and tasty Nuts and seeds Laddu is ready.
Store it in a airtight container.
