This is one of the simple and easy recipe which is prepared less than 30 minutes. Dates are high in iron and dry fruits are good for health . Ingredients

25 minutes
25 ladoos
  1. 25Dates (I've taken lion dates here)
  2. 1/4 cupAlmonds
  3. 1/4 th cupCashew nuts
  4. 1/4 th cupWalnuts, chopped
  5. 2 tbspPoppy seeds
  6. 1 cupGhee
  7. 3cardamoms

Cooking Instructions

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Add 4tbsp of ghee in kadai and roast almonds, cashews and walnuts for 3 minutes on low flame. Let it cool

  2. 2

    Now, add 3 tbsp of ghee and add the dates (seeds From dates has to be removed).saute them well until it becomes mushy. Let it cool

    Add crushed cardamom in dates. You can also add cardamom powder instead of crushed cardamom

    In another kadai / tadka pan add poppy seeds.Let it splutter

  5. 5

    Now take all the almonds, cashews and walnuts in to zip lock cover. Break them in to small pieces with chapathi roll as shown in the video

    Finally add nuts and poppy seeds in to dates kadai. Mix them well. Apply ghee to your hands and take small amount of dates and nuts mixture make them in to small balls

  7. 7

    Like same, make the balls with the remaining mixture. Enjoy these delicious ladoos with your family and friends
