Dates and Nuts Healthy Laddoo (Sugar Free)

Ingredients

25 minutes
Health Concern
  1. 500 gramsdates
  2. 1 bowlfull of Nuts.. almond, Cashew, pistachio, walnut, peanuts
  3. 1/2 cupFig and Apricot
  4. 1/8 cuproasted crushed melon seeds
  5. 2 tbsppoppy seeds
  6. Desiccated coconut as required
  7. 1 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Off the seeds dates and Apricots.
    Crush them in the chopper with the fig, make coarse paste.
    In a pan add little ghee and roast all the nuts then Chopped it.

    In the same pan adds remaining ghee, sauté dates paste,mix till it binds like dough..

  3. 3

    Now add coarse nuts and roasted Poppy seeds.mix well till it combines properly.
    Switch off the flame.
    Transfer to the plate and let it cool.
    After that make a ball of your desired size.
    Roll in the Desiccated coconut..
    Healthu Laddoo are ready.
    Have one every morning.
