Ingredients

  1. 2 cupmacaroni
  2. 1 tbsprefined flour
  3. 2 cupmilk
  4. 1 tspmixed Italian herbs
  5. 1 tspblack pepper crushed
  6. 2-3garlic pod /1 tsp garlic powder
  7. 2-3Besil leaf (if you have)
  8. 1 tspRefined oil
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tbspButter
  11. Water to boil macaroni
  12. 1-2cheese cubes

Cooking Instructions

    In boiling water add macaroni and oil and cook. When it will be cook drain water and pour normal Water or cold water on it.Keep a side.

    In a heavy bottom pan take butter melt it on low flame add refined flour and finally chopped garlic roast on bhi low flame.add milk stir continuously, add mix herbs, salt,black pepper,finally chopped or hand crushed basil,

    Mix well add boiled macaroni.mix well switch off the stove and remove from burner add grated cheese mix well.cover it for 1 minutes.

    Serve hot and enjoy this creamy and delicious macaroni.

    Note- you can add more milk or butter according to your taste and desire consistency.💐😊
