Mix wheat and all purpose flour together.Make a tight dough.keep aside for 10 minutes

Soak bengali gram for 2 hours and boil it

Crush the jaggery finely

Grind bengali gram mix cardmom cinnamon and fennel.Mix it well

Mix jaggery in it and prepare stuffing

Now take a portion from dough.Roll it and stuff with stuffing,Again roll it like chapati

In a chapati pan heat ghee place chapati on it cook from both sides
