Moist chocolate cake is rolled around creamy strawberry ice cream for a classic chocolate covered strawberry taste. It's topped with a Whipped cream frosting and a chocolate drizzle for a cool creamy refreshing dessert.I also used a new product called the easy cake roller with this cake. It takes any worry of rolling a cake away, it makes it very simple to make a beautiful rolled cake!

I made this for a family get together and every special occasion my family and friends always ask for it 😋

My oldest son loves Whoppers and ice cream cake, so this was the perfect choice as his birthday cake! He (and his friends! ) loved it so much he stole a piece before i could take the picture. ..kids!
