Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwarm water
  2. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1 teaspoonoil
  4. 2 cupswheat flour

Cooking Instructions

    First pour warm water then add salt and oil and mix well.. don’t worry oil will not mix well. Then add wheat flour and mix with a fork.

    Mix all the dry wheat flour is incorporated into the water. It should look like the pic. Then let it rest for half hour covering it with a plate. Now grease hands and mix all the ingredients well to make a smooth dough. Roll out like normal Paratha or roti to get soft texture. Around 6 to 7 paratha comes out of this dough.
