Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcooked, shredded chicken
  2. 4 cupchicken stock
  3. 1 cup broccoli cut into small florets
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 1bay leaf
  6. 1/4 tspred chill flakes
  7. 1/4 cupchopped spring onions
  8. 1packetchicken sweet corn soup mix
  9. 1/2 cupchopped walnuts
  10. 1 tbspgrated cheese
  11. 1/4 cupmilk
  12. Seasoning-
  13. 1/4tsp black pepper
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1 tbspcream to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt the butter in a sauce pan and stir fry the bay leaf,chilli flakes, spring onionsand shredded chicken for 2 minutes. add the stockand sprinkle the soup mix overstir to prevent lumps.

    Bring the soup to a boil,add broccoli thancook for 5 minutes on low heat.

    Stir in the walnuts,cheese and milk season with salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Pour the soup into bowls and garnish with cream

  5. 5

    Serve hot with garlic cheese bread
