  2. 1/2 kgmawa
  3. as neededSugar
  4. as requiredWater for boil carrots
  5. 2 tbspGhee
  6. 2 tspCardmom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash carrot and peel and grate them

    Heat a deep pan add carrot and water and boil the carrot well.

    Again heat a pan add ghee add boiled carrots (remove water) and cook them after,4_5 mints add mawa and mix well add sugar and cook when halwa thickens. Add cardamom powder and mix well serve hot
