  1. 1/2 cupgrated cucumber
  2. 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  3. 1/2 cupgrated raddish
  4. 1/2 cuppomegranate seeds
  5. 1/4 tbspchopped ginger
  6. 1/4 tbspchopped green chilli
  7. 1 tbsplemon juice
  8. 1/4 tbspblack pepper
  9. 1 tbspchopped mint leaves
  10. 1/2 tbspchat masala
  11. 1/4 tbspblack pepper
  12. to tasteSalt

    Take a bowl and add grated cucumber, carrot, raddish and mix them.

    Now add pomegranate seeds, mint leaves, ginger, green chilli and mix them.

    Now add salt, black pepper, chat masala, lemon juice and mix them.Now your salad is ready.

    Now take a cucumber and cut it from middle and stuff it.

    Now your healthy and tasty stuffed cucumber salad is ready to eat.
