  1. 1/2 cupboiled sprouted moong
  2. 1/2 cupgrated cucumber
  3. 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  4. 1/2 cuppomegranate seeds
  5. 1/4 tbspchopped ginger
  6. 1/4 tbspchopped green chilli
  7. 1 tbsplemon juice
  8. 1 tbspchopped mint leaves
  9. 1/2 tbspchat masala
  10. 1/4 tbspblack pepper
  11. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and add grated cucumber, grated carrot and boiled moong and mix them.

    Now add pomegranate seeds, chopped mint leaves, chopped ginger, chopped green chilli and mix them.

    Now add salt, black pepper, chat masala, lemon juice and mix them.

    Now take a cucumber and cut it into thick round pieces and stuff it.

  5. 5

    Now your healthy and tasty cucumber sprouted salad is ready to eat.
