Ingredients

  1. 1 cupCabbage jullien cut
  2. 1 cupSPROUTED moong
  3. 1Chopped tomatoes
  4. 1Red bell pepper
  5. 1/2Beetroot
  6. 2 tspLemon juice
  7. to tastesalt and pepper powder
  8. 1/2 tspchat masala
  9. 1 tspChopped green chillies (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take jullien cut cabbage

  2. 2

    Sprouted and boiled moong

  3. 3

    Mix this in rest chopped veggies

  4. 4

    Toss it well and add lemon juice,black pepper and all spices.

  5. 5

    Add salt at last just before serving.as it leaves water

  6. 6

    Salad is ready to serve.
