Ingredients

30 minutes
4 people
  1. 1 cupsprouted moong
  2. 1small onion
  3. 1small tomato
  4. 1small cucumber
  5. 1small mango
  6. 2 spoonchopped Coriander leaves
  7. 1 tbspchat masala powder
  8. 1 tbspcumin powder
  9. 1/2 tbspblack salt

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First soak one cup of sprouted moong in water & add 1/2 tbsp haldi powder & 1/2 tbsp salt & boil it on low flame.

    Put one big spoon in the vessel so you can stir moong occasionally.

    Now after 20 min the moong will become soft.

  4. 4

    Now close the flame & remove all water from moong.

  5. 5

    Now take chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, mango & coriander & mix it in boiled & cool moong
    Then add chat masala powder, black salt & cumin powder & salt as per taste.

    Now your healthy sprouted moong salad is ready to Serve
