Mexican/Seven Layer Dip
For American tastes - The only cooking required is for the ground beef! Just layer store-bought ingredients for an easy recipe. It's a hit with both Japanese and American people! The story behind this recipeI learned this recipe at a gathering with Americans. It's quick to make and can be prepared the day before, making it a convenient dish for lunch with friends, picnics, or parties. For vegetarians, just skip the ground beef!

Easy Mexican Seven Layer Dip
I make this to eat with my Canadian husband, who grew up in a family that loved Mexican food.I wanted to make something that we could eat slowly while watching a movie or having drinks. It's really easy to make so I don't have any special hints. If you maker the layers neatly so that they are distinct, it will look great, and perfect for serving at a party. As long as you prepare it in advance, you just need to pop it in the oven when you're ready to eat.
