Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cream Butter and Sugar untill fluffy. Add egg, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Vanilla, Stir well.

Sift Flour and Baking Powder, Add to creamed mixture.

Drop dough by spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet.

BAKE in centre of preheated oven for 9-12 minutes or until set and golden.
