作り方

Make curry. You can get Japanese instant roux.

Mix all the ingredients except butter in a large bowl.

Add the butter and keep kneading for 30min.

Place the dough back in a greased bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubles in size.

Deflate and divide into 6 pieces. Cover with a wet towel.

Let it rest for 15mins at room temperature.

Roll out each piece with a rolling pin into an oval shape.

Put 1tbs of cold curry in the center Fold and seal the edge.

Cover the bread with plastic wrap. Let rise for 30-60mins.

While the dough is rising, preheat the oven to 350F.

Bake for 15-20mins or until light brown.

Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely.
コツ・ポイント
The dough is very sticky at the beginning, but don't add any flour. It will become smooth and elastic.
