Preheat oven to 200°

In middle bowl, combine Hard Flour, Dry yeast, sugar,salt

Mix bread dough
Add hot water, - 4
mix
it together until it's blended
Divide equally to 4. - 5
Leave them for 5 min to raise and cover with parchment paper

Prepare boiled water in a Pan.

Add one table spoon of sugar to let them look bit shiny.

Make 4 donuts form and boil each peace in the Pan for 1 min

Bake the 4 pieces in an oven for max 15 min.
