作り方

Pre-heat oven to 220°. Thaw a pie sheet.

Mix together ◎, making sure fruits and nuts are well coated.

Mix in the vanilla extract.

Unfold the thawed pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.

Cut the sheet into four.

Divide the mixture among the pies, leaving a 1cm border.

Mix the egg with milk.

Brush the egg mixture on the border of the pies.

Fold each pies into a triangle.

Enclosing the filling, and crimp edges with a fork.

Cut 2 or 3 small steam vents in the top of each pies.

Brush the tops of the pies with more of the egg wash.

Bake at 220° for 20 min., or until puffed and golden.

Cool pies to warm before serving.
