作り方

Put the pork chops and all of ● into a zipper bag.

Marinate for more than 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a skillet with high heat and put the pork chops.

*Don't through away rest of the source! Keep it for later.

When the surface got a little brown, flip over the pork chop

When both sides got brown, turn the heat into low.

Put the rest of the source and close the lid.

Keep cooking for 5 more minutes on both sides.

When both sides are fully cooked, open the lid and dry up.

Put some peppers and done!
コツ・ポイント
Fry surface with high heat and cook inside slowly with low heat to keep the juice inside the meat!
