In a large bowl, stir in all the dressing ingredients.

Whisk until thoroughly blended.

Get ready for all the vegetables!

Add vegetables and sesame seeds into bowl, then toss well.

Taste and add any additional salt if you need it.

Keep refrigerated for at least 15min, then serve.

NOTE: As you know, coleslaw gets watery after a day or two →

it's still good but finishing it sooner is tastier!

Refrigerate the coleslaw in an airtight container for it to last for 3-5 days.
