Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add meat on a single layer and cook until lightly browned.

Flip and cook until lightly browned.

NOTE: Cook in batches and set aside until they're ready.

Remove extra fat with a paper towel before adding the sauce.

Add sauce mix and bring it to a simmer.

Cook/stir until the sauce thickens. Taste, adjust with salt.

Serve with rice and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Pre-cooked beef tongue is tender and juicy even if you sauté the meat. Adjust the meat thickness to your liking!
