Blueberry Spoon Cake
Inspired by NYT Cooking and modified to my liking 🫐

Pre-heat oven to 350 F / 176 C.

Mash the blueberries & stir in brown sugar.

In a bowel, mix the wet ingredients for the cake batter.

Add the flour and baking powder and mix until smooth.

Transfer batter into the cupcake liners.
- 6
Dollop blueberry sauce on top of the batter.

Bake the cakes for 20-25 mins.
- 8
Scoop ice cream onto the cake and enjoy while warm.
コツ・ポイント
The cake will be quite soft, as long as the batter is not runny, it is ready.
