Creamy Shrimp Pasta

Toss the shrimp together with paprika/salt/pepper in a bowl.

Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add pasta and cook.

Reduce pasta cooking time by 1min so we FINISH it in the PAN

Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.

Place the shrimp, cook each side until just cooked through.

Remove shrimp from the pan, set aside.

Add pancetta and cook until it's lightly brown.

Add garlic and cook until it's fragrant.

Add shallots and cook until translucent.

NOTE: Stir and scrape the bottom of the pan.

Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir/cook for 2 mins.

Put the shrimp back and warm them up before the last step.

Add pasta/ parsley, toss well until sauce is coated evenly.

Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
コツ・ポイント
You can use thick-cut bacon as a substitute for the pancetta.
