Vegetable oil, plus more for brushing on the taquitos. • Onion, finely chopped • Garlic, minced • Ground beef • Salsa. (I don't like salsa so I use mild taco sauce) • Chili powder • Salt • Pepper • 6-inch flour tortillas • Shredded cheese. I like the taco blend but you can use whatever you like.
Baking potatoes, peeled & cut into medium sized chunks. (I leave the skin on mine) • Olive or vegetable oil • Taco seasoning • Sprinkle of seasoned salt • Sprinkle of black pepper • Shredded cheese of choice. (Original recipe uses Monterrey Jack/Cheddar blend)
