  1. 1/4 kgminced meat
  2. 300 gblanched peas
  3. 2carrots
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. Spring onions
  6. 2 tablespoonroyco powder
  7. 4 clovesgarlic crushed
  8. Salt
  9. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Sautee onions and add tomatoes, carrots, salt and garlic cover and cook fo 2mins

  2. 2

    Add minced meat and cover for 10mins, add the blanched peas, mix royco with one cup water add and cook on low heat
