Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsall purpose flour
  2. to tastesalt
  3. sugar
  4. 3 tbspveg oil + more for frying
  5. 1 tbspshortening
  6. 1 cupcoconut milk

Cooking Instructions

    Have all your ingredients ready. whisk all the dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add in the coconut milk little by little as you knead to make a nice dough

  3. 3

    Cove with a damp cloth and let rest for some 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Dust your work surface and roll out your dough. apply some oil and cut into strips

  5. 5

    Roll the strips to a wheel-shape

  6. 6

    Roll out the shapes to a circle

  7. 7

    In a heated pan, cook your flattened dough nicely on both sides applying oil ad spreding it on the flattened dough until it forms some nice brown patches

  8. 8

    Place in an underlined container.

  9. 9

    Serve with your desired stew
