Ingredients

  1. 200 gshredded fish
  2. 2 tbspall purpose flour
  3. salt and pepper
  4. 1egg
  5. 1onion, diced
  6. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  7. 3tomatoes, peeled and diced
  8. 1 tbsptomato paste
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric
  10. dhania

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl, add in the shredded fish, flour, egg,and a little salt and pepper and mix. divide and make nice balls. in a pan, add oil and pan fry the fish balls.

    Make sauce by sauteing the onions, adding ginger garlic paste then adding your tomatoes and adding in a little water + spices. boil on high and let reduce to half

    Add in the fish balls and pour in a cup of water. Let simmer till the liquid reduces by half

  4. 4

    Garnish with chopped dhania

  5. 5

    Serve
