I wanted a little snack & had to use what I had in the fridge

1/4of a green cabbage
1/3of a beef or polish kielbasa
Olive oil
1raw carrot
Mrs. Dash's garlic & herb seasoning
to tasteYellow mustard
Worcester sauce

Cooking Instructions

Pour some olive oil into a frying pan. Put on medium heat. Cut cabbage into strips, add to frying pan. Shake about 3-4 shakes of Worcestershire sauce and as much of Mrs. Dash's as you would like. Mix around, add cut carrot if you would like.

I cut up kielbasa and cooked it on a George Foreman grill, but you can also cook in frying pan. Add all together, add yellow mustard if you would like.

Super simple not a labor intensive preparation always good no matter what ingredients you use many variations to this dish. Can be made in 30 minutes but for me I like to cook this recipe longer then most to really get the flavors infused. Super slow Super low!!!
