Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsExe Chapati Fortified Wheat flour
  2. 1.5 TbspCoconut Cream
  3. 1 Tspsalt
  4. 1.5 TbspOil for kneading
  5. Extra oil for rolling n frying
  6. 1 cupluke warm water

Cooking Instructions

    Keep all the ingredients ready.Put flour,salt, n coconut cream in a bowl n mix properly.

    Add water n start kneading until its turns into a nice soft dough now add the oil n knead again n keep it to rest for 20mins.

    Roll into a big thick chapati,apply oil n cut into 2.5" strips

    Fold them into rolls n let it rest for another 10mins.Now roll ur chapos n keep aside

  5. 5

    Pre heat ur pan on the cooker once hot start cooking your chapatis.

    Apply oil on both sides.Once cooked put in a hotpot

  7. 7

    Serve with curry of ur choice.I served with Mutton curry
