Ingredients

  1. 2 kgchapati flour (EXE) for best results
  2. 2 tablespoonsalt
  3. 3 tablespoonsugar
  4. Cooking oil
  5. 1butternut

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and boil the butternut separately

  2. 2

    Empty ua chapati flour on a clean and dry trough.

  3. 3

    Add salt, sugar, then mixx well.

  4. 4

    Add the boiled and cooled then mashed butternut to the mixture. Mix vigorously until it's fine.

    Add 300ml of water and 50ml of cooking oil and knead to a fine dough.

    Spread the dough on the kitchen table then apply some cooking oil evenly.

    Slice n roll to ur desirable size

  8. 8

    Heat your pan, roll n cook your chapati....... (everyone knows this part pretty well)

    These was my final result! Yummy....
