  1. 600 gall purpose flour
  2. to tasteSalt and sugar
  3. 1/4 cupvegetable oil + more for frying
  4. 200 gwarm water

    Rub in the oil into the dry ingredients

    Make a well and pour in the warm water. Knead to a dough.

  3. 3

    Dust your work surface and place the dough, knead for another 5 minutes. Place it back into the bowl and cover with a damp cloth

    Dust the surface and roll out the dough. Apply some oil and cut into strips

  5. 5

    Roll the strips into pinwheel shapes

  6. 6

    Dust the surface and Roll them to thin circular shapes

  7. 7

    Place on a heated pan and let bubbles form before flipping. Apply a little oil on both sides and allow to cook till golden brown patches are formed

  8. 8

    Place them in an underlined container and cover.

  9. 9

    Serve
