Ingredients

  1. Cowboy cooking oil
  2. 1 teaspoonsalt
  3. Hot water
  4. Ajab all purpose flour (500)grams

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl,pour in your flour..followed bythe dry ingredients...then the hot water and enough oil..mix everything to have a soft nice dough.

    Then a cover with a kitchen towel..for 25 minutes..

    On a flat surface... sprinkle flour and spread your dough well then brush oil through it...

    Cut the dough into stripes...like this

    Fold each stripes this way...

    Make/roll each rolled stripes in good round shapes...and fry them one by one..

  7. 7

    Add oil on both sides as the sides begin to fume...once done you can serve with any favourite stew of yours.
