Ingredients

  1. 1 kgflour
  2. 1 tbspsalt
  3. 2tblsp sugar
  4. Oil
  5. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve flour,mix salt and sugar

    Mix little water as you knead till is all mixed,knead well, after it's ready, add little oil, knead again,cover and let it to rest for 1hr.

    On a clean surface,roll it,aplly oil,cut into small balls.roll one at a time,

  4. 4

    Heat pan,put your rooled chapati on it, cook one side,cook there side.do the same to the rest till all are finished.serve with your preferred Stew.
