Ingredients

  1. Some dhania
  2. Peeled cassava
  3. 2onions
  4. 2 cubesroiko
  5. 1/2 piecegreen pepper
  6. Some salt
  7. 1little cooking oil
  8. Coconut milk or milk
  9. Some garlic and ginger mashed1/4tspoon of each

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the cassava in salt water till almost cooked

  2. 2

    Fry onions in oil and add green pepper. Fry till cooked then add the garlic ginger paste and cooked cassava.. Cover till we'll cooked then add dhania and roiko

  3. 3

    Milk comes last at which point you lower the heat and simmer for five minutes to avoid burning. Serve with tea
