2small onions
1 tbcooking oil
1chruched clove garlic
1.5 lstock (fresh or cubes)
1/2 tbthym,white pepper,rosemary
50 gr (1/4 tub)cream cheese with herbs
Some green herb for garnish

Clean the veg

Cut the veg into medium cubes

Heat the oil and sweat the onion and the garlic
4

Put in the carrots and the bouillon.

Cook for 15 min

Add the daikon
7

Cook until veg are tender

Add the cream cheese and mix the soup.

Serve with a bit of cream cheese and herbs
