Ingredients

3servinga
  1. 2 cupsBrown wheat flour
  2. 4 cupsAll purpose flour
  3. 1 litreWarm water
  4. Oil
  5. Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix the brown(wheat) and all purpose flour

  2. 2

    Add salt

  3. 3

    Continuously add warm water to form a dough

  4. 4

    Add oil and leave to rest for a few minutes

  5. 5

    Roll out the dough into one large circle

  6. 6

    Cut vertically and roll again.

  7. 7

    Roll out into circles and prepare your pan

  8. 8

    Put a little oil on the pan over medium heat

  9. 9

    Cook circled dough to form brown patches or until golden brown

  10. 10

    Serve with some hot lemon tea
