Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwarm milk
  2. 1/2 tspsugar
  3. 2 1/4 tspactive dry yeast
  4. 1 1/2 cupsall-purpose flour
  5. 1 1/2 cupswhole-wheat flour
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 2 Tbsolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the sugar, milk and yeast together.

    Set aside for 10 minutes.

    Mix flour and salt together, add olive oil and mix them by hand.

  4. 4

    Add the yeast mixture with flour mixture after setting aside for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Knead the dough for 10 minutes.

    Transfer to a bowl that is greased with olive oil, cover and let rest for 1 hour at least.
