Ingredients

  1. I butter nut
  2. I onion
  3. I tomato finely diced
  4. Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the butter nut,roast it in the oven for about 15-20 min

    When halfway done,in a pan with oil on heat,add in your onions and sauté them

  3. 3

    Add in your tomatoes preferably blended tomatoes,let them simmer together with a pinch of salt

  4. 4

    Add in your butter nut,as you add in cream and let it simmer for 15 min.till the butter but is readily cooked,seasoned with blackpepper,salt and any other

  5. 5

    Then blend the mix in a blender and its ready to be served with either croutons etc as a hot starter
