Lazy pizza

I made this recipe for my kids to eat more veggies.. if It’s called Pizza they are all about it . This is a kid friendly recipe (#cookingwithkids)and so easy to make and cheap.

My favorite pizza is a place in Fort Wayne IN called Oley's Pizza. This is my recreation of their pizza so we can have it at home.

My kids love pizza and bug me all the time for pizza. I get tired of frozen pizza and sometimes don’t have the money to order a pizza. This works out great and everyone is happy. It’s easy and quick, and I also make my pizza monkey bread with this sometimes and have pizza night for dinner. Making pizza dough from scratch is the most time consuming part, but can be avoided if using ready made dough. Also, sweeter bbq sauces work better for this recipe. I can't say I've seen a pepperoni and bbq sauce pizza mix before but it turned out amazing!

Needed something to fill me up for a few days while I worked 7 days straight. This was not only delicious but keeps well leftovers.

This recipe is for 1 pizza. It will serve 1 as a main dish, 2 as a side and 6 as an appetizer. This is a fun summer dish. We often have various Naan flavored flatbreads, a variety of toppings and sauces and everyone can make their own. Just increase the amount of sauce, cheese and toppings to however many you want!

I bought a freshly baked olive bread and decided to use it to make a melted cheese, chicken spinach and tomato mini pizza! It turned out delicious and bestOf all it was quick and easy to make!
