Ingredients

  1. 500 gall purpose flour
  2. 1 cuphot water
  3. 1/2 cupcooking oil
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. to tasteSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble all your ingredients

    Boil water

  3. 3

    In a basin mix flour, sugar and salt

  4. 4

    Make a well in the middle, pour hot water and little oil and stir the mixture using a wooden spoon until you obtain a smooth dough, transfer on a flat surface and knead it

    Cover and let it rest for 1hr

    Cut into sizeable balls, roll and apply oil then fold

  7. 7

    Let it rest for 15minutes

  8. 8

    Heat your pan and roll as you cook

  9. 9

    Cook till golden brown

  10. 10

    Serve with beef stew and steamed cabbage
