Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cube the chicken breast and put them in a large bowl.
- 2
Add garlic ginger paste, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and plain yoghurt.
- 3
Cover the bowl with cling film and place it in the fridge to marinate for 40 minutes or longer depending on the amount of your chicken. Plain yoghurt has enzymes that help infuse spices into the chicken faster so I only did 40 minutes.
- 4
Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces. Let them cook until they brown.
- 5
Add plain yoghurt to the chicken and allow it to simmer for about 15 minutes.
- 6
Remove from heat. Serve and enjoy with rice.

So I'm at work winding down the hours when my mom calls. She asks where's the curry chicken I was to make yesterday. I said, "I was gonna make curry CHICK PEAS". She responds, "Curry chick peas? No I want curry chicken." lol. So here I am making some curry chicken. I added some sweet potato and carrots to make it a complete meal and served on a bed of rice.elroy.galbraith

Chicken Curry Chicken Curry
My little ones love the taste and flavour of my chicken curry and they are always asking for daddy’s chicken curry 😊The curry is medium hot however it can be made more hotter and spicier by more chilli and whole spices.Served best with rice and yoghurt. Can also be served with Roti. This recipe can serve 4-6 people.Leftovers can be put in the fridge and can be eaten up 3 days from when the chicken curry is made. kv -

Bengali Chicken Curry Bengali Chicken Curry
My dad used to and still makes the most fabulous chicken curry I've ever had. Sunday afternoons used to be eagerly looked forward to because of this one simple thing. Now that I live in a different city, I can't come visit my dad often. This is how I remember my childhood and sometimes, also escape the pangs of hunger. Avirup -

I had a craving for creamy chicken curry.I didn't make this spicy so that my child could eat it too. If you want to spice it up, you can add some red pepper or substitute the turmeric for curry powder. If you don't have chutney, you can use honey or sugar. Recipe by Nico cookpad.japan -
