    Blend in the chicken with the onions

    Add in your mashed garlic and ginger,onga classic,lil curry,pinch of garam masala,pinch of black pepper,pinch of chilli powder or chilli sauce(optional),pinch of cumin,sprinkle a lil oil plus one egg yolk

    Mold into the skewer
