Vegan mashed potatoes and gravy Vegan mashed potatoes and gravy
It's Thanksgiving, so I figured I would share my favorite #vegan version of homemade mashed potatoes and gravy. It's simple to make and delicious comfort food. I will add photos when I make it later today :)I apologize that the quantities are very non-specific. This recipe is based on my mom's recipe, where you "just know" how much is enough. Everything is tailored to your liking--whether you like thick gravy or thin, lumpy potatoes or creamy, there is no way to go wrong here! Ann Jeffers
