Roll over your bread slices and cut the crusty ends.

Add in your prepared mashed potatoes brush the end with water using brush or your hand so as to stay firm and stick together, water brushing prevent it from opening.

Then fold it and after you do so use your hand and press the two upper and lower ends to stick.

Crack your eggs, add stock cube and deep your rolls in, then coat with breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.

Best served with tomato sauce or any other dipping sauce of your choice
