Ingredients

  1. 2ripe large bananas
  2. 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  3. 1 tspbaking powder
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1egg
  6. 1/2 cupssugar
  7. 1 tspvanilla liquid
  8. 1/2 cupcanola oil
  9. 2 tbspmilk
  10. 100 grsultanas
  11. 100 grwalnuts (lightly crushed)
  12. 2 tbspGreek yoghurt
  13. Margarine

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly coat the baking tray with margarine, put aside.

    Preheat the oven 180°C.

    Prepare 2 bowls, mix flour, salt, and baking powder in one bowl.

    Mix egg, canola oil, sugar, and vanilla liquid in another bowl. Mix them well with fork.

  5. 5

    Pour the egg mixture into flour mixture, mix them well.

  6. 6

    Add milk and Greek yoghurt, mix them well.

  7. 7

    Add sultanas and walnuts, mix them well.

  8. 8

    Mash bananas using a fork, add them into the batter and mix them well.

  9. 9

    Pour the batter into baking tray, spread it well.

  10. 10

    Bake it for 25 mins or until it turns golden.

    Banana and walnut cake is ready to enjoy. This recipe is also can be used for banana muffin.
