Beef Steak with Manchego Cheese Sauce

This Manchego cheese sauce recipe is perfect for pairing with meat. With its delicious cheesy flavor, you might even enjoy it on its own, and with this Galician beef steak, it's a real treat! I hope you like it!

Prepare the ingredients. Peel and chop the onion, heat a pan with two tablespoons of oil, and add the onion.

While the onion is sautéing, grate the wedge of Manchego cheese.

Prepare a small glass of white wine and add it to the onion along with a shot of brandy.

Let the alcohol evaporate, add the cream, and let it reduce until it thickens well.

Once the sauce is finished, heat a pan on high with a drizzle of oil. Add the steaks.

Cook them to your liking, season with a little salt and pepper before removing them to keep them juicy, plate, and enjoy.
