A:
1 tbspWhite wine

B:
2 tbspSoy sauce
1 1/2 tbspHoney
1 tbspOyster sauce

Steps

Make a lot of holes on the surface of the steak using a fork.

Soak the meat in A for a day. (Or massage it in a plastic bag and let it rest for 30 minutes.)

Slap the onion off the meat. Heat the beef suet and cook both sides of the meat.
