Ingredients

  1. 150 gmsBeaten rice /pooha
  2. 1Chopped onion
  3. 5Chopped green chilli
  4. 3tbspCurry leaves
  5. 3 tbspPeanut
  6. 2 tspRai/mustard seed
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. handfulCoriander
  9. 6-7 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly soak the pooha keep aside

  2. 2

    Now take oil in apot fry the peanut keep a side. Now add curry leaves, rai, green chilli, chopped onions and saute for 3 min.

    Then add haldi and soaked pooha also salt and mix nicely finally add coriander and water little if needed. Keep for 1 min on low flame by covering the pot. Garnish with some chopped onion here the most famous Maharashtrian breakfast is ready.. Enjoy
