This is healthy breakfast and light on stomach. May have it in the breakfast or as a snack . Its definitely on my list of meal prep and we all love to have it on alternate days.
Cooking Instructions

Firstly soak the pooha keep aside

Now take oil in apot fry the peanut keep a side. Now add curry leaves, rai, green chilli, chopped onions and saute for 3 min.

Then add haldi and soaked pooha also salt and mix nicely finally add coriander and water little if needed. Keep for 1 min on low flame by covering the pot. Garnish with some chopped onion here the most famous Maharashtrian breakfast is ready.. Enjoy
